Cancellation Policy
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred as many times within the same calendar year as your initial appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 95% of the service. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and charged 95%
